Every now and again I have to answer an onslaught of questions, and sorry to say, but I am tired of repeating myself :/ So, I am making a FAQ for those of you who have questions about my dolls or my art. If you have any suggestions or more questions please ask.

About the Dolls


Q/What the hell are these freaky/beautiful/insert descriptive word here things?
Well, theses are Asian Ball Jointed Dolls (ABJD/BJD). They come in many sizes from really small to frakin' huge!

Q/Oh my gawd it has a peen/'gine!
Uh yeah, they are anatomically correct (well most of them anyways).

Q/Why did you get these?
I originally wanted to get one for the sake of having a 24/7 model for my drawings, but soon after I saw my first few I found that they were much more! For instance, I have my dolls as my OCs (original characters) so its like having my characters in real life~!

Q/Are you crazy?
Who isn't? *laughs manically*

Q/Why are they SO expensive?!?!
Well, they are (basically) hand made and out of resin. So, put that together and you have an expensive item, common sense really...

Q/You must be rich to have some of those dolls!!!
Uh, no. You just have to manage budgets and know how they money system works. Plain and simple as that :/

Q/Where can I get one?
Your best bet is to go to denofangels.com and make an account there to look for companies and so forth. There should be a thread with a gigantic list of companies in it [link]

Q/Can I buy/trade one of your dolls.........PLEASE?!?!
Lemme think about it..........................no. Don't even ask, if I decide that I want to sell or trade one I will post it, otherwise don't go there, it annoying, rude, and makes you look like an ass :/

Q/What is Cedric/Edgar/Artemis/Gaille/Liam/Dusk/Jullien?

Cedric is a white skin Dollzone Floy. His current wig is from SunnysWorld, his current eyes are from LUTS, and his current face-up is the default face-up that he came with. He is also on a B&G type 1 White skin Boy body, which makes him a hybrid~!

Artemis is a pink skin Dollzone Megi. He is currently sporting a face-up by me, a wig from Sunnys Wonderful World, and eyes from LUTS.

Edgar is an Esthy Peroth in normal skin. His body is a Senior Delf version 1 in normal (real) skin, face-up by me, he is wearing a wig from TATA's Paradise, and eyes from LUTS.

Gaille is a DIM Ace~! He has a modded (by me) wig from HZ, default face-up, and eyes from Dollzone.

Liam is a Nanuri 07 in BW skin~! He is blank and bodiless xD

Dusk is a limited edition tan Angell Studio Gavin.

Jullien is a normal skin open eyed Lu-wen from LUTS.

Q/Why can't I find an Esthy Peroth anywhere?
Can anyone say limited edition doll head? The ONLY place you can get him is the second hand market at DenofAngels. Thats if anyone wants to sell theirs anyways.

Q/Where can I buy wigs/eyes/clothes/shoes/etc?
Go to DenofAngels, I am to lazy to post all of my bookmarks :/

Q/Can I use *insert character/picture* in an RP/drawing/my story/etc?
NO NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOO!!! I hate it when people take what isn't theirs, especially if it is MINE!!!

Q/I saw *insert character/picture* on another site, what should I do?!?!
First of all, TELL ME then I will take care of it. Keep your eyes open ok? Art theft is the worst thing that can happen to an artist!

Q/Are you done yet?
Mostly. If you see art theft ANYWHERE let the original artist know right away!!! THIS IS DEVIANTART NOT PHOTOBUCKET/FLICKR/ETC!!! Remember, what goes around comes around~!

About the Art


Q/Can I use your drawing, photo, or OC for a RP/Story/As my own/ ect?
NO!!! And NO!!! Make your own damn art and OCs :/ I work hard making my art and OCs and it has taken me years of hard work and dedication to get this far, there is no easy way to it. If you cannot deal with that, FUCK OFF!!!

Q/What materials do you use in your drawings?
I use Staedtler Mars Lumograph Design and Drafting pencils (set of 12) for sketching, A set of 24 Prismacolor colored pencils for coloring, set of 12 Prismacolor double ended markers for coloring.

Q/Do you take requests?
Occasionally I do, just ask through a note though please.

Remember people, this is Deviantart not photobucket/Flickr/ect!!! If you see a theft, report it! Don't let it happen!

I just think some people are insane..i mean LOOK at them the dolls are HAND MADE and crafted so beautifully..the faceup is gorgeous...the costumes are lovely..WHATS WRONG WITH THEM?!
